Dakota's Project Delivery Process (PDP) is built upon four fundamental principles that ensure the best results for our clients:
Objective Analytical Process
Dakota's business case development, RFP creation and vendor evaluation processes give our clients an objective, vendor-neutral analysis designed to provide an optimal solution for each project. To this end, Dakota neither enters into exclusive distribution relationships with software firms nor do we directly offer software that might influence our technology evaluation services.
Dakota uses a collaborative method that minimizes costs while leveraging both Dakota's and our clients collective expertise. To accomplish this goal, Dakota works jointly with appointed client subject matter experts from various business groups (marketing, editorial, IT, etc.) to ensure that adequate knowledge transfer takes place.
Recognized as experts within the industry, our consultants create the best technology solution for each situation. From design and architecture to development and integration, our experience instituting proven technologies based upon open, re-usable components ensures that our clients fully leverage their current information infrastructure. Our comprehensive analysis and development methodologies enable us to quickly and cost-effectively integrate our clients' business intelligence with their content management strategy.
Fixed Price Deliverables
All of Dakota professional services are offered at fixed price, with Dakota taking responsibility for providing the necessary resources to deliver agreed upon components. Any resources required by Dakota (sample documents, system access, technical personnel, etc.) are determined before projects begin.
