  • Support exceeding the monthly allocation of developer resource hours,

  • Resolving technical issues related document structure or validity,
  • Supporting technical issues involving content management software,
  • Restructuring or modification of code that is functioning as expected, and
  • Providing primary support services directly to the technical writing community.
