United Airlines asked Dakota to draft a statement of work relating to the effort of enhancing PDF stylesheets, specific to the publishing of FM and FOM documentation.

Selective style extensions were made in accordance with UAL’s airline-harmonized manual structure and formatting initiative. Dakota also maintained United’s current Arbortext technical publishing environment by providing support resources to solve ongoing production issues as they arose. Consequently, Dakota supported UAL’s current Arbortext publishing operations by allocating thirty hours of support each month.
