Chastity Baez (Chaz) is the Customer Success Manager for Dakota. She is responsible for managing a portfolio of customers who who are using DCP technology and solutions. Her primary focus is on customer onboarding and developing long-term relationships with our customers.
Chaz provides our customers with tailored support from on-boarding through technology adoption and user expansion. This includes assessing customer needs and working with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner. She is also responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase customer loyalty.
